Concern I have is in reading about vitamins it says that certain vitamins should not be taken with one another. No vitamin C with Vitamin D or B12 kinda thing. Calcium and magnesium need to be in a proper ratio. I wonder how effective this multivitamin is if some of what is in here interferes with the absorbtion of each other? think i will continue with separate vitamin pills.

This is one of those products that is hard to write a review on, because the truth is that I don’t have the means to find out if it’s actually working or not (unless I did several tests on a lab lol).

But I will say though, the capsules are pretty large, but still fairly easy to swallow. My girlfriend usually struggles with swallowing pills, but she can still take this without any issue (with water, of course).

I also take their men’s version and I’ve never had any issues with it. It’s just a great product overall and it has one of the most complete formulas out there, and for a fair price.

Have been taking this (men’s version) for years and will continue to do so. My girlfriend also likes this version and will continue to take hers too.
