Dosage:

• Take 1 tablet at bedtime or 30 minutes before bedtime
• For jet lag, take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and once at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks or if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia)

• Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin
