These actually work for me!

Sleeping medication often leaves me groggy, though with this one I can pick my dosage and I find it kicks in pretty quick if you let it absorb under your tongue and cheek pockets for a while like normal tablets, however this seems to kick in and ware off faster for me (which is a really good thing since tablets make me groggy, they don’t ware off fast enough)

My son sleeps in less than 10 min, it really works for my son.

Worry free at bedtime

Most effective sleep aid. I was able to eliminate prescription meds. Flavour good, fluid thin & easily swallowed.This works well 80% of my nights. Hopefully this will not change in time.

Works, good taste

I love the liquid melatonin because it works faster than pills, and the flavour of this one is great. Works as you’d expect melatonin to. Note that melatonin shouldn’t be used as a way to sleep if your sleep issues aren’t caused by lack of melatonin. I like to use this to get my sleep schedules better, for example going to bed earlier, and this helps a lot with that.

Works for me

The taste is not good but not the worst thing ever. This works for me. I took 1 ml for the first time last night and within half an hour I was tired, fell asleep promptly and stayed asleep for 6 hours. I usually wake up every few hours so this is definitely an improvement. I'll try taking a bigger dose tonight.
