sharlin I like these, they are effective if my mind is racing, or I happen to overdo the caffeine. No drowsy hangover in the morning either.

C. I have suffered with insomnia since I was a child, after experiencing night terrors in my youth. I have tried everything from limiting caffeine and screen time, working out to tire myself out, taking melatonin/sleep gummies/valerian tea, etc. I was recommended to try these by a friend who has young twins and my god..she was right!! These are amazing. It normally takes me 2-3 hours to drift off and I rarely stay asleep. After I take 2 of these I fall asleep within 45min and sleep through the night (typically). Life saver!!!
