Works fast.

I have been using B-100 for many years. It relieves anxiety and stress in a hurry. Can't be without it. Much better than Dr. Handouts. Was hesitant about the cost until I realized the amount was nearly double. Great way to relieve my stress without drugs. Find Jamieson's B100 the best.

Best B-Complex

Don't waste money on more expensive, or cheaper for that matter. I've been using Jamieson 100 B-Complex since I'm 18 years old, and have tried others and always come back to Jamieson because their the only one I see a difference. Don't be alarmed by very yellow urine, it is just the color of the supplement. Never take on an empty stomach! You need food for them to be effective and you'd get the shakes. Drink lots of water during your work day and only take one during your most active time of the day, say work hours or going to exercise...
