However, I only used it occasionally because I am concerned that I will build up tolerance to it quickly if I used it daily. It works right away, as soon as you take it. You don't have to wait for a few days/weeks/months for it to take effect. I noticed that the calming/relaxation effects last for about 4-6 hours.

I call this one Nature's Xanax. I find it so calming when I take them, I take one sometimes two.It's very serious nervousness relief. Wish it were in stock more, and back to the early days pricing or I'd have bought it again already.

I very rarely have a problem falling asleep. What I DO have is a problem of staying asleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night, my mind races and I end up with only 5 hours of rest. I took the Kava at bedtime and it smoothed out the gap between lights out and alarm saying get up. I sometimes still wake in the night (I am 72 years old) but I fall back asleep immediately. I find if I take the Kava for about 8 or 9 days, that is all I need for quite a few months. You don't need to keep taking it indefinitely. I am curious about how Kava would affect me during the day - apparently if helps reduce stress, but have yet to try it during daytime.

These gems keep me in a good mood and ease my stress when it comes. So anger don’t make up my mind. Clear thinking and no anger just thinking how ? why ? Then what’s my plan.
