Must buy if having trouble sleeping or if you want to get back on your sleeping cycles.Because most of us lives in a hectic world these days, i work 2 months night shift and then 2 months morning shift and my shift is 12 hours.When I can’t sleep in morning or want to have a quality sleep just take 1 pill and i get 6 hours deep sleep.It makes you feels drowsy after 10-15 minutes of taking the pill. After waking up i never feel unrested or any lazyness.Pills are unflavoured.Overall good purchase👍🏽
