I LOVE this stuff. I'm 37 and have cyclic acne. This is the only thing that has helped it practically disappear. The deep acne will still start, but this helps it come to a head in a day or 2 installed of it being painful for a week. It also is great for lymphatic massage. The moisturizing is good, but sometimes I feel like I need an extra moisturizer on top.
