tasty, effective

This is my first trying melatonin.These Honibe supplements are easy to chew, similar in texture to jujubes (read: not like gummy worms), and tasty.I have a set routine each day and have noticed that when I take a couple of these, I feel quite relaxed and sleepy shortly thereafter - takes less than half-an-hour and I'm ready to turn in. I'd suggest starting with ONE - they seem quite effective and there's some evidence that higher doses can be harmful.Possible con: they are high in sugar, just like a jujube. While it isn't a LOT given their small size, this is sort of counter to the idea of getting a good sleep. Regardless, this didn't seem to affect me negatively and I still fell asleep easily.In short, I'd recommend these.
